Use the Accounts page to find a customer and check that customer’s Streaming status. Deleted and test accounts are hidden by default. To find a specific customer, filter the list by Account ID or Streaming status.

After the account is found, select Log in to manage that customer’s videos, or Edit to control which Streaming features are available to that account.
