Customer accounts are created in the Admin Portal. Each account is how one customer signs in and sees the products made available to them. The reseller discount is a different program, a discount on Virtual Server and Dedicated Server purchases, without this portal.

Start

A reseller account exists before the first sign-in. Become a reseller covers issuance of that account. Getting started follows the first sign-in through a customer account and the products on it.

Identity and Access

Manage accounts adds a customer account, edits it, and requests deletion. Manage sellers adds people who can create those accounts. Block or activate removes a seller’s access without deleting the seller. Products for customers sets which products those accounts get by default. A product left on appears with status New, so the customer sees it and cannot use it yet. Personal visibility overrides that default on one account.

Security

API tokens let an application make requests for the account. Authorization connects a SAML identity provider. Password policy sets how often passwords expire.

Activity logs

Activity logs record requests and sign-ins.

Vendor settings

Branding settings sets the customer sign-in name, logo, and color. The parent domain is arranged in Product URLs.

Billing

Reports requests a usage or expense file for a date range, and Expenses lists those charges for the dates on the page. Addendums shows the plan on an account, and ERP Invoices downloads an invoice or a credit note.

Service settings

Use of a product starts after it is visible, and the screen depends on the product: CDN, Storage, Cloud, FastEdge, and Streaming. Product statuses are the states a product moves through on the account.

API

The reseller API performs the same account, branding, and product operations. API tokens is the credential those requests send.
