# S3 service URLs and default region names

> Find S3 service URLs and default region names for Gcore Object Storage Fast and Standard locations.

Gcore Object Storage provides a dedicated endpoint URL and a default region name for each storage location. Provide both values when configuring a client — even for non-AWS storage, most clients require a region parameter. The [storage type](/storage/create-an-s3-or-sftp-storage#storage-types) (Fast or Standard) depends on the location selected during creation.

## S3 Fast locations

S3 Fast is available in three locations: Sines-2, Sines-3, and London-2.

## S3 Standard locations

S3 Standard is available in three locations: Luxembourg-2, Chicago, and Almaty.
