# Streaming accounts

> Find a customer Streaming account, check its status, and open it.

Use the **Accounts** page to find a customer and check that customer's Streaming status. Deleted and test accounts are hidden by default. To find a specific customer, filter the list by **Account ID** or **Streaming status**.

After the account is found, select **Log in** to manage that customer's videos, or **Edit** to control which [Streaming features](/reseller-support/streaming/management) are available to that account.
