# Missing password reset email

> Troubleshoot a missing password reset email by checking spam, requesting a new reset, and contacting Gcore Support.

After initiating a password reset, look in the spam folder if no email arrives within 15 minutes. The message is titled "Password Recovery" and sent from [support@gcore.com](mailto:support@gcore.com).

If the email is not in the spam folder, initiate a [new reset](https://auth.gcore.com/login/forgot-password).

If there is still no email, contact [Gcore Support](https://support.gcore.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
