# Overview

> What a Gcore login controls and what stays with the account across every service.

Account settings in the [Gcore Customer Portal](https://portal.gcore.com) let you manage your account, the people who have access to it, and the information associated with it.

Your login identifies you as an individual user, while a Gcore account holds the services, billing information, and users associated with it. You can have access to multiple accounts with the same login, but work with only one account at a time in the Customer Portal.

Click the avatar in the top-right corner and select **Profile**.

The **Profile** menu includes settings for both your personal profile and the Gcore account you're currently using. Personal settings affect only your login, while account-level settings can affect other users, billing, and access to services. If you belong to multiple accounts, check which account is active before making changes.

> **[My profile](/account-settings/my-profile/overview)**
>
> Manage your personal settings, including your password and language preferences, or review your login history. Changes here affect only your profile.

> **[Account](/account-settings/account/overview)**
>
> Manage the account's identity, billing address, tax information, and payment method. Accounts can belong to individuals or companies, with company details reflected on invoices.

> **[Billing](/account-settings/billing/overview)**
>
> Review how charges are calculated and billed to your account. To change the payment method used for these charges, go to Account.

> **[All users](/account-settings/users/about-users)**
>
> Manage access for people who share your account. Portal roles restrict access in CDN and Streaming, while Edge Cloud has its own roles. In Managed DNS, Object Storage, and WAAP, portal roles do not restrict what account users can do.

> **[API tokens](/account-settings/api-tokens)**
>
> Create tokens for applications and scripts that need to access Gcore APIs without an interactive login. Unlike a user session, which lasts one hour, tokens support access beyond a single sign-in session.

> **[Notifications](/account-settings/notifications)**
>
> Manage which emails are sent to individual users and which notifications are enabled for the account. Changes to account-wide notifications affect everyone who uses the account.
